Kirt Carstens, CLU, ChFCInvestment Advisor RepresentativeKirt Carstens, CLU®, ChFC®, began his career in insurance and financial services in 1991 in the Iowa Great Lakes region, encompassing the surrounding areas. Since that time, he has focused on providing comprehensive asset management, estate planning and life insurance solutions for business owners, retirees, pre-retirees and individuals.
Kirt’s dedication to his clients and professionalism have helped him build long-term relationships with them. His personal commitment to the community he lives in includes volunteering his time and services as a speaker and seminar presenter on how financial products can be used to help meet the wealth accumulation and estate conservation needs of area residents. He is also an active participant in area youth sports leagues as a coach and mentor. Kirt is a life-long resident of the Iowa Great Lakes region and has worked on various boards throughout the community assisting with policy making, fundraising and personal decisions. He graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in English. He and his wife, Jacque, along with their children Kole and Carly, call Arnolds Park home. |

Danice MatthewsOffice ManagerDanice Matthews, the office manager for Carstens Financial Group, has been with the firm for more than 10 years, and, as a result, has an immense amount of experience building relationships with clients.
Danice is incredibly resourceful when it comes to back office support and is an essential part of Carstens Financial Group. Her dedication, work ethic and strict adherence to staying on plan make her an asset to clients and aid her in ensuring all clients, near and far, receive the information they request, in the most efficient way possible. Danice is committed to doing whatever it takes to make things easier for clients, and continually delivers on time, if not early. She enjoys the challenge of working with different kinds of clients and overcoming their unique obstacles, so much so that she wakes up each morning and goes through a mental check list of what she wants to accomplish for her clients. She was raised to be independent, reliable and disciplined and strives to continually provide the clients of Carstens Financial Group with those same attributes in every interaction she has with them. Outside of work, Danice enjoys family time. Whether it be walking the dog, going to a movie or playing a board game, Danice cherishes any and all time she can spend with her two daughters, Maisey and Mikayla, and her boyfriend, Jack. |
